November is a time for reflection, gratitude, and remembrance. As we approach Remembrance Day on November 11, we pause to honor the courage, sacrifice and service of the men and women who have fought for the freedoms and opportunities we enjoy today. We remember those who served, those who made the ultimate sacrifice, and the families and communities whose lives were forever changed.

Remembrance Day also provides an opportunity to reflect on the values that make our communities stronger: respect, dignity, equality, acceptance and the freedom for everyone to participate and belong. These values are at the heart of community inclusion and the work we do at Integra.

A truly inclusive community is one where everyone is welcomed, valued and given the opportunity to contribute, regardless of their abilities or circumstances. It is about recognizing the importance of every individual and ensuring that everyone has a place, a voice and a sense of belonging.

This November, as we remember the sacrifices of generations past, let us also reflect on our responsibility to build communities where freedom, dignity, opportunity and inclusion are experienced by everyone.

Lest We Forget.
